Faith & Ancestral Wisdom for a Livable Future
Friday, Sept 26 - 8:00 pm-9:00 pm
Event Overview
A Wisdom Keepers Delegation invites you to join an interfaith evening of prayer, ceremony, dialogue, and reflection during NYC Climate Week.
Our delegation is composed of Indigenous knowledge holders and spiritual leaders from across the world who are uniting to transform international climate policy through ceremony and ancestral teachings. At this gathering, we share why our work is rooted in faith and moral responsibility, and how diverse traditions can help humanity evolve toward a healthy, livable future.
By centering Indigenous wisdom, interfaith solidarity, and shared responsibility for future generations, the Wisdom Keepers Delegation will lift up stories from our journeys, including our canoe paddles, ceremonies, and international collaborations leading toward COP30 in Brazil. Together, we will ground climate action in spirit, prayer, and the living traditions of those who carry ancestral knowledge.
